After graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Sabrina started a career in manufacturing while continuing to plan countless events for friends and family in her spare time. After education and training, Sabrina is now a certified Professional Bridal Consultant® recognized by the Association of Bridal Consultants. She is honored to work with a large network of wedding and special event experts as a member of both the Columbus Bridal Consultants and the Wedding Professionals of Columbus.

While balancing her two worlds of event planning and engineering, Sabrina realized that her opportunity to start Joie de Vivre lay in the answer to one simple equation:

Joie de Vivre (pronouned “zhwä’ d   vē’vr  ”) is a French expression meaning the “Joy of Living”. Sabrina chose the name Joie de Vivre to represent the overall philosophy of her Columbus, Ohio, based company, and also as a reflection of the decision to follow her passion for orchestrating unforgettable celebrations.
